The wrist wraps are very comfortable. They don't rub your skin on your had raw like some wraps I have seen.These wraps are made to be adjustable and ensure that your wrists are being protected when working out. It will help eliminate some of the pain associated with wrist pain when working out and not properly maintaining wrists stability. These wraps are made of high quality and are meant to last several years of gym wear. The jump rope is sturdy and I can see it lasting me a long time it is pretty good quality.I love that its adjustable. Overall i think that this is a great set. I received this product at a reduced cost in exchange for my honest opinion and review.
